How is a “site” counted?
A site is one production WordPress install (one domain). Local and staging environments of a licensed site don’t count against your total.
Can I control who is allowed to use the AI connection?
Yes. Access Control is included in every paid plan and lets you restrict a connection by membership, not just by WordPress role. Ten platforms are supported out of the box: BuddyBoss profile types, MemberPress, LearnDash groups, LifterLMS memberships, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, WooCommerce Memberships, s2Member levels, Wishlist Member levels, and Memberium.
Each option appears automatically in the “Who can access” dropdown when its plugin is active, and stays hidden when it isn’t — nothing to configure. A user is allowed when they hold at least one of the values you select. Developers can adjust the option list and the access check per provider via filters.
Are there any usage limits or credits?
No. AcrossAI runs on your own server, so there is no per-action cost for us to pass on and nothing to meter. You will never be stopped mid-task by a credit balance. Very heavy automation runs on your own hosting, so pace it to your server.
Where does my site data go?
Nowhere but your own server and the AI client you choose to connect. AcrossAI does not route your content or credentials through any AcrossAI-hosted service.
Do I need MCP Manager to use AcrossAI Pro?
Yes. AcrossAI Pro is a paid add-on that extends the free MCP Manager host plugin. Install and activate MCP Manager first, then add AcrossAI Pro on top to connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and Cursor.
