These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AcrossAI website at https://acrossai.co and our products and services (collectively, the “Services”). This is a binding agreement between you and AcrossAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the website, downloading or using our free plugins, or purchasing a paid add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What we offer
AcrossAI builds WordPress plugins that let AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, and others) work with your site through an open Abilities API and a built-in MCP server. Our offering includes:
- Free host plugins — Abilities Manager and MCP Manager (available on WordPress.org and our site).
- Paid add-ons — including AI Connectors and individual connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok, sold under a freemium model.
Licensing
“Plugin License” means a license purchased from AcrossAI for a paid add-on. It typically includes a license key and access to updates and support for the Software to which it applies for the term of the license. Terms that govern Plugin Licenses are in addition to the other terms in this Agreement.
Purchased Plugin Licenses are valid for the term stated at purchase (for example, one year from the date of purchase), unless otherwise specified on the product page. A valid and active license key is required to receive automatic updates and support for paid extensions. After the term ends, license keys may renew at the then-current price if auto-renewal is enabled; you can cancel renewal or change the payment method at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Licenses may not be redistributed or transferred to another individual or organization without our express written consent. Redistribution or transfer includes purchasing a license for an end-user for whom you do not provide ongoing support, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Free host plugins (Abilities Manager and MCP Manager) are provided under their respective open-source licenses (e.g. GPL as applicable on WordPress.org). Paid add-ons are licensed under these Terms and any license terms presented at purchase.
Software updates
If you have a valid and active license key for a paid product, you will receive updates for the duration of your license. Updates may be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard when your license key is active, or made available for download from your account while the license remains active.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid add-ons (including AI Connectors and individual connectors). If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase, contact us at deepak@acrossai.co and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price for that order.
When you request a refund, we may ask what went wrong so we can improve the product. We are happy to help resolve technical issues first; if things do not work out, we will process the refund.
Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades, or purchases outside the 14-day window from the initial purchase. No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase date. By purchasing paid products, you agree to this refund policy.
Support
Support for paid add-ons is available for the duration of an active license, primarily by email at deepak@acrossai.co. After the license term ends, continued support requires renewal or a new license.
If a paid product is discontinued, AcrossAI may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or alternative at no or reduced cost. We undertake no obligation to extend support for discontinued products or to offer any replacement or refund solely because a product is discontinued.
Our products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that they will function exactly as you prefer or that they will be compatible with all third-party themes, plugins, or environments. We do not provide support for WordPress core, third-party plugins we do not develop, or AI client platforms themselves beyond how our connectors integrate with them.
Product delivery
After we successfully process your payment for a paid product, you will receive access to the download and license details (typically by email and/or your account area). Delivery is usually immediate or within a short time. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable period, contact us at deepak@acrossai.co.
Account and license suspension
AcrossAI reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue a Plugin License or access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason (including abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms). If a license or account is suspended for cause, no refund is required beyond any rights that may apply under the 14-day guarantee for a first purchase within that window.
Warranty and limitation of liability
Our plugins are intended to function on a properly configured WordPress installation meeting the requirements stated for each product. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, hosts, or browsers. We are not responsible for plugin conflicts, data loss, or downtime that may result from installing or using our products. You are responsible for backing up your site and testing in a safe environment before production use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT PAID PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Ownership and intellectual property
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to our products. Free plugins remain subject to their open-source licenses. Paid add-ons, branding, documentation, and non-GPL materials are owned by AcrossAI (or our licensors). You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use paid Software according to these Terms and your purchase terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell paid Software except as expressly permitted by law or your license.
Site content on acrossai.co (text, imagery, documentation) is our property unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ sites, or abuse licensing (e.g. sharing license keys beyond the allowed number of sites). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Price changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to change prices at any time. Price changes will be reflected on the site. Existing active licenses continue under the terms in effect at purchase for their remaining term, unless we state otherwise.
Payment processors
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Issues that originate with the payment provider may need to be resolved with that provider. We will assist where we reasonably can.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
