v0.10.0 — connectors move to the free plugin

Connecting an AI assistant is now free, and this plugin no longer carries its own copy of it

One-click connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Cursor, along with the whole OAuth sign-in server behind them, now live in the free AcrossAI MCP Manager plugin.

Both plugins had been shipping the same code for several releases, with this one's copy switched off — except it was not fully off, and that is what this release fixes. On a site running both, some warnings appeared twice, the Quick Connect wizard could list every assistant twice, and Site Health ran the same timezone check twice. Nothing broke, and none of it was visible from either plugin on its own.

Around 15,400 lines of duplicated code are gone. Nothing you can do changes, no connection needs re-making, and no setting moved.

AcrossAI MCP Manager must now be 0.4.0 or newer

That is the release where it took over the sign-in server this plugin now relies on. On an older copy, this plugin's features stay switched off and a notice offers a one-click Update — nothing is deactivated and nothing else stops working.

Most sites are already past this: MCP Manager 0.4.3 is on WordPress.org and updates itself.

⚠️ The n8n integration is unavailable in this release

Its toggle under AcrossAI → Settings → Pro is still there and still remembers your setting, but switching it on currently does nothing: the n8n tab does not appear and no new tokens can be generated.

This is a known consequence of the move above rather than a removal — the feature and its settings are intact, and the work to switch it back on is tracked separately. Bearer tokens generated by earlier versions are untouched and keep working until they expire, up to 90 days.

If you depend on n8n today, hold off on this update.

Nothing was deleted from your database

The four tables this plugin created for sign-in data are left exactly as they are, because they are the fallback if the move to MCP Manager ever needs undoing. They are no longer read or written. A later release will clear them up once that fallback is no longer needed; uninstalling with "Delete all data" switched on still removes them.

Unchanged

The 276 abilities for MailerPress, LearnDash, BuddyBoss and GeoDirectory, and all ten membership-aware access control providers. Those are what the licence is for and none of them were touched.
