Now supports WordPress 6.9 and later, and the plugin listing has been rewritten. No change to how the plugin works — if you are on 0.4.0 you already have every feature described here.
What changed
- Changed: minimum WordPress version lowered from 7.0 to 6.9.
- Fixed: the plugin header used an unrecognised name for the minimum WordPress version, so WordPress did not enforce it.
- Corrected: the description still said one-click connectors were a paid extra. They have been part of this plugin since 0.4.0.
- Improved: rewrote the plugin listing and FAQ, and added a FAQ on how this plugin relates to MCP Adapter.
- Tidied: removed boilerplate that claimed PHP 7.4 compatibility, shortened upgrade notices and trimmed the changelog to recent releases.
Notes
- Nothing to do after updating. No settings change, no reconnecting, no database change.
- The minimum WordPress version is now 6.9, matching the MCP Adapter release this plugin bundles. The plugin header previously used a key WordPress does not read, so that minimum was never actually enforced — it is now.
